COVID-19 Statement: The Rolle Estate Office and Bicton Arena are closed
Our primary concern is the health and safety of our tenants, employees and visitors at this unprecedented time. In response to the current situation we have assembled a Coronavirus Management Team to address the risks this situation presents.

Residential Tenants
Self-Isolating? If you need to self-isolate within any property managed by Clinton Devon Estates please notify our office by email as we need to update our records and notify our staff and service companies who may be planning to attend your home. We will not be able to send staff or service companies/contractors into your home during any self-isolation period to carry out repairs but we will work with you to offer the best advice we can during this period. Please make sure you notify us when the self-isolating period ends so a normal service can be resumed.
If you and others within the property are well – Please use the normal reporting procedures via telephone or email.
