Clinton Devon Estates has a significant portfolio of residential properties. Occupation of a property will depend on the specific agreement with Clinton Devon Estates. This varies between, most commonly, an Assured Shorthold Tenancy through to a full lease.

For maintenance enquiries please complete the contact form, whereupon the issue will be logged and dealt with accordingly.
In the event of a maintenance emergency please contact the Estate Office on 01395 443881.
If your emergency is outside of office working hours and there is no response from the emergency number please make arrangements for the repair yourself whereupon you will be reimbursed by Clinton Devon Estates. Details of this procedure can be found in the Handbook for Residential Tenants above.
