Clinton Devon Estates manage 350 properties across the Estate. Our properties are usually let unfurnished on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and maintained to a high standard through a programme of regular repair and maintenance.

EAST DEVON

Our main concentration of properties in East Devon are in and around Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, East Budleigh, Otterton, Colaton Raleigh and Beer.

NORTH DEVON

Our residential properties in North Devon focus on the village of Merton, south of Great Torrington and range from small terrace cottages to larger houses in their own grounds.

RESIDENTIAL TENANTS

Clinton Devon Estates has a significant portfolio of residential properties. Occupation of a property will depend on the specific agreement with Clinton Devon Estates. This varies between, most commonly, an Assured Shorthold Tenancy through to a full lease.

For maintenance enquiries please complete the contact form, whereupon the issue will be logged and dealt with accordingly.

In the event of a maintenance emergency please contact the Estate Office on 01395 443881.

If your emergency is outside of office working hours and there is no response from the emergency number please make arrangements for the repair yourself whereupon you will be reimbursed by Clinton Devon Estates. Details of this procedure can be found in the Handbook for Residential Tenants above.
