South Farm Court


An idyllic hub for small businesses, South Farm Court offers flexible space on a working farm just outside Budleigh Salterton. Dotton Business Units

EXISTING COMMERCIAL LETTINGS


Clinton Devon Estates manages a wide portfolio of business properties. The terms and conditions of each lease are specific to the location and nature of the commercial property and set out the responsibilities of both the tenant and the Estates.

In the majority of cases the Lease will be a full repairing lease, which means that the tenant is responsible for repair and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the property. Business leases are also governed by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part 2 and subsequent legislation.
