Clinton Devon Estates has announced the appointment of a new Estates Surveyor with responsibility for the Estate’s commercial portfolio of properties.
Will Dale, a former naval officer, is an experienced Chartered Surveyor having previously worked for DTZ, King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Clinton Devon Estates is responsible for 25,000 acres, stretching across North and East Devon. It sustainably manages land and forests on the Clinton and Beer Estates in East Devon, and the Heanton Estate in North Devon.
As well as land management, the Estate provides homes for local people in 350 Estate properties. It also owns and manages four business parks including Liverton Business Park in Exmouth, plus a range of commercial property in the South West.
