Thomas Arthurs

Thomas joined Clinton Devon Estates in July 2025, as the North Devon Wildlife Ranger, responsible for deer management on the Heanton Estate, following a move back to Devon with his young family. He began his career at Atholl Estates in Scotland shortly after completing an Extended Level 3 Diploma in Gamekeeping and Wildlife Management. He has since gained extensive experience as a pheasant keeper and deer manager across several estates, including roles in Wales and the north of Scotland.

In pursuit of further career development, Thomas returned to Atholl Estates, where he spent two years as a deer stalker and grouse keeper, managing a red deer herd of around 2,000 animals. He is committed to maintaining high standards across the Estate and brings a strong passion to his new role.

Outside of work, Thomas is often spending time with family and friends and also enjoys fly-fishing.
