Claire Cushion

Claire joined the Estate in September 2026 as an Estate Surveyor responsible for the management, optimisation and development of the Estate’s commercial and energy portfolio.

Before joining Clinton Devon Estates, Claire was a Senior Development Surveyor at Torbay Council and has a background in asset management and development. Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management and has been a Member of the RICS since 1996.

Outside work, Claire enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding and spending weekends walking in Dartmoor National Park.
