Adrian Priest

Adrian joined the Estate in January 2025 as an Estate Surveyor, where he is primarily responsible for managing the commercial property portfolio.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998, he has acquired extensive experience and knowledge in the profession having previously worked for local authority property departments in Somerset and East Devon. He views his role at Clinton Devon Estates as a unique opportunity to positively impact the local community.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys playing golf, woodworking, and exploring the coast and countryside as a volunteer Walking Leader.
