Luke Patton

Luke joined the Estate in December 2024 as the Herd Manager at Otter Farm. Responsible for managing and ensuring the welfare of the dairy herd, Luke is committed to innovation, constantly planning for the future, and adapting to environmental changes to keep the farm thriving, with the health and welfare of the cows as his top priority.

With a background in dairy farming and milking that began during his school years, Luke has gained extensive experience working with various dairy systems across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. His studies in general agriculture at Lackham Agricultural College provided a solid foundation for his career.

Outside of work, Luke is a dedicated family man, spending time with his wife and three children. His personal interests include shooting, rugby, family walks, camping, and holiday trips.
