Fiona Harker

In November 2024, Fiona joined the Estate as Head of Strategy and Compliance with a background in organisational and strategy development across both public and private sector organisations in the UK and abroad. Fiona brings a holistic, people-centred approach, prioritising long-term strategic solutions that foster cohesive and impactful change.

In addition to her experience in the education, healthcare, and finance industries, Fiona previously spent six years at Clinton Devon Estates before taking some time to travel and work on a few renovation projects.

In her spare time, Fiona has recently qualified in social and therapeutic horticulture and thoroughly enjoys working with small community groups, where she sees firsthand the positive impact of nature on well-being.
