Liverton Business Park

Liverton Business Park is Exmouth’s premier employment space, and continues to attract major players in commerce and industry.

Such is the demand for space at Liverton that six additional units have now been completed and are ready for new occupiers. The Harpford Units have been designed to further support jobs and economic growth in Exmouth and East Devon.

New tenants at Liverton include well-known national retail chains The Range and Home Bargains, who have recently joined existing firms such as Halfords, McDonalds, and Carpetright.

Liverton is also home to high-tech firms including sound studios and international business software developers, as well as a number of local businesses.

The Harpford Units comprise four separate units of 116m2 (1,250 sq ft) and two units of 232m2 (2,500 sq ft) with roller doors and an option for a counter and mezzanine floor.  If you are interested in benefiting from these new units, click here

About Liverton Business Park

The business park opened in the 1990s to serve the town of Exmouth and in recent years has been expanded in order to alleviate the shortage of serviced employment space in Exmouth.

In 2013 a new five-hectare site to the north of the park opened, offering purpose built space for light industry, storage and distribution.

In 2016, the Harpford Units were added to the bustling commercial, retail and industrial park. The new buildings offer the perfect opportunity for local businesses to expand or relocate their business onto this specially designed and landscaped business park.

But our power for good or evil in this world’s affairs in a countryside is enormous

– Robert Lipscomb, Steward 1865 – 1892

…and the Lord Clinton was, by the whole Council, brought to the King’s presence, who after like thanks was given, was pleased that he should be made High Admiral of England and one of his Privy Council…

– Official record of appointment of 9th Baron Clinton as Lord High Admiral for life on 4th May 1550

Do what you can to elevate your profession. It is an honourable one
